Skyview Cottage has all the facilities you need to self-cater - a fridge, two-burner gas hob, and outdoor BBQ.

Alternately, Anya also offers a range of bespoke catering options, such as grazing platters, cakes, and small breakfast items. If you are interested in learning more, please note this when you book.

The views from the cottage are just beautiful. Horses, cattle, and regenerating bush surround the property, at night the SkyTower lights sparkle in the distance.
Gather around the campfire, gaze at the stars, or relax in the inviting two-person hot tub.

For horse owners, bring your horses to stay by the cottage and use our farm facilities, including arena access.

In the greater area you find over five beaches within a 15-minute drive, including Orewa Beach with its many cafes and restaurants.

There is a bakery, dairy, and liquor shop in Dairy Flat just five minutes down the road or shops, a mall and supermarkets in Silverdale are just within a 13-minute drive.

Anya and her sons, Teagan and Myles, have lived at this property for over 14 years.

Anya is a sculptor and artist by education. She loves farming and her tractor, but having spent many years as a private chef in the Yachting industry, she has always enjoyed hosting and catering for guests.

The little secluded spot on top of the farm presented the perfect opportunity to combine her passions—being creative in turning the Cottage into reality and welcoming guests based on the high standards she learned to appreciate during her years in the Luxury Yachting industry.
